What is a Certificate of Contractor Qualification?

The Certificate of Contracting Qualification is issued by the Management and Planning Organization of the country and the Vice President for Strategic Planning and Supervision. The certificate of contractor qualification or grade and rank obtained is a sign of the technical and executive ability of a company and the number of works allowed and is one of the requirements for participating in tenders.
The contractor certification certificate is applicable to contractors and consulting engineers.
